The Lazaroff Center's Stress Management Class provides participants with essential education for those people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their Stress and Life Stressors in a positive, functional way. Participants may include people who internalize stress as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviourally towards friends, family, work or personal relationships when overwhelmed by stress. This class focuses on building practical skills in Stress Management.

Road Rage Workshop
The Lazaroff Center Aggressive Driving/ Road Rage Workshop provide participants with essential education/skills and tools for those people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger behind the wheel or another driver’s anger or aggressive driving in a positive, functional way.
Aggressive Driving/Road rage encompasses much more than just what a dictionary can provide. Road rage, also called intermittent explosive disorder, is a term used to refer to violent incidents resulting from stress caused by accidents or incidents on roadways. It is often a natural extension of aggressive driving
